The purpose of a Scouts BSA troop is to prepare youth aged 11–17 for life by fostering character development, citizenship training, personal fitness, and leadership skills. Through youth-led outdoor adventures, community service, and skill-building, troops create a supportive environment that encourages self-confidence, ethical decision-making, and teamwork. Troop 3000 welcomes you!
